Ronda Conger, Vice President of CBH Homes


Ronda leads the CBH troops daily, and has overseen all areas of the company for the past 22 years. This superwoman has flourished in a male-dominated industry for 32 years, is an author of 5 books, and is a full-tank of gas!


Ryan Secrist


Ryan is a respected international real estate trainer and coach. His extensive private coaching network consists of top 1% - 5% agents across the United States and Canada and is a sought-after coach for many brokerages. Ryan will share a detailed plan of attack for agents to use to thrive in 2025.


David Hensley, CEO of Idaho REALTORS®

Prior to this role, David served in the Office of the Governor, where he was the Chief of Staff for Idaho Governor C.L. “Butch” Otter between 2011 and 2018. Before that, he served as Deputy Chief of Staff and Legal Counsel to Governor Otter. Hensley is a Native Idahoan with a sincere appreciation for our state and individual communities.

David will be sharing the new real estate forms for 2025 and will answer any questions regarding 2024's NAR changes and how they've evolved.
