Ronda Conger, is a real estate renegade and builder of big things — homes, teams, companies, and humans. Wherever she goes, she brings bold vision, big energy, and a passion to learn, grow, and make people better. She has been the Vice President of CBH Homes for 22 years, where she challenges the old ways, oversees all areas of a for-profit company, all while building a best place to work with a culture of love, fun and get stuff done attitude.

Alex LaBeau, President of the Idaho Association of Commerce and Industry, has led IACI since 2006 and has a long history in Idaho public policy, including previous service with the Idaho Association of REALTORS®. He is widely recognized for his work advocating pro-business tax and regulatory policies across the state.

David Hensley, CEO of Idaho REALTORS®, previously served as Chief of Staff to Governor C.L. “Butch” Otter and has deep experience in state leadership. David will present the new 2025 real estate forms and address questions on how the 2024 NAR changes have progressed.
