Gina is the Owner and Managing Broker of Monrow, LLC.  She has been in the Residential, Commercial, Recreational, and Agricultural Real Estate industry for over 20 years.  Additionally, Gina has worked with large corporations in Commercial Real Estate and Commercial Property Management and brings the multifaceted commercial experience of a large corporation into a small intimate setting.

Gina opened the company in April of 2022 under C & E Commercial Property Services with the goal of providing autonomy for her staff and real estate agents to make decisions based on the needs of our clients.  Her biggest intention is to trust that the employees and real estate agents that work with her company are responsible enough to make key decisions and not create several layers of approvals just to have approvals.  Her goal is to keep the company small and intimate so that office politics are not the center of any decision-making.  In February of 2024, Gina and Ophelie Montgomery decided to join forces and merge their two companies forming their new company of Monrow.  They will continue their focus of being a small boutique company that provides tailored real estate services and prioritize the care and satisfaction of their consumers, team, and community with transparency, integrity, and expert knowledge.

Gina’s has a wide variety of experience in the Real Estate.  Her residential experience includes negotiations for first-time homeowners, residential new construction, residential investors, small acreage properties, recreational land, second homes, and million-dollar homes.  Her agricultural experience includes the negotiation of large farming operations with large agricultural equipment and detailed due diligence studies for her agricultural clients. Her commercial leasing experience includes the listing and negotiations of small retail and big box tenant spaces, restaurants spaces, medical office spaces, executive office spaces, traditional office spaces and some industrial tenant spaces.  Her commercial property management experience includes large corporation experience with WinCo Foods and Albertsons Companies where she excelled in her commercial property management and real estate services role. During her tenure with Albertsons Companies, she managed a multi-million-dollar portfolio in Northern California and Nevada that included 170 Commercial properties and 74 large and small retail tenants. In a little over one year, Gina achieved over $1 million in savings for Albertsons Companies through effective financial management including detailed audits of maintenance and operating expenses. Her full background comprises business management, commercial, residential, recreational, and agriculture real estate, mortgage lending, commercial leasing, and commercial property management.

Gina obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship achieving the high honor of Magna Cum Laude from Ashford University. 

As an Idaho Native, Gina enjoys the outdoors as much as possible with her husband and two dogs Molly and Tessa.  When she is not working you will find her filling up the spring and summer time on a mountain bike trail, hiking trail, river boating on the Salmon River, rafting the Payette, camping in the Idaho outdoors, on a golf course, or simply enjoying a glass of Idaho wine at her favorite winery. During the winter you will find Gina on the ski hill enjoying the powder as much as possible.
