Natalie Wilhite has been a full-time real estate sales associate and top producer in the real estate industry since 1996.

I began my interest in real estate in 1989. I worked for a company in Caldwell, Idaho, Valli Information Systems,  that produced the multiple listings book for current homes for sale and homes sold. Yes. A spiral bound, tangible book. Things have changed a lot since then. I have had the great privilege of working with clients that have become like family to me. I have been through the ups and downs and I am still here with the knowledge and experience to help my people. I am dedicated to professionalism and integrity. My business goal and philosophy go hand-in-hand. My clients are my top priority and I focus on delivering the very best possible results for them. It is important to me to identify their goals and establish the priorities when it comes to filling their needs.  I pride myself in following a very strict code of ethics which has earned me the respect of my clients and realtor community. I treat my buyers and sellers in the same professional manner I would expect if I were buying or selling property. (It's the Golden Rule) I believe that has been one of the keys to my success.
