A United States Marine Corps veteran, Tad served honorably before building a 30‑year career as a general contractor, carpenter, and energy‑efficiency consultant. Raised in small‑town Eastern Oregon working ranch and timber jobs, Tad learned early the importance of hard work, integrity, and community. After moving to the Treasure Valley, he and his wife raised their two children here, where they still proudly call home.

An outdoor enthusiast to the core, Tad spends his free time fly fishing, boating, whitewater rafting, snow skiing, and exploring everything Idaho has to offer.
