This class covers a variety of questions that arise around manufactured home lending like: HUD tags, manufactured vs mobile homes, Affidavit of Affixture, permanent foundations (what’s required & how to tell), accessory dwelling units, moving the home, engineering certifications and more. We believe that as housing prices have gone up, manufactured homes are still an affordable option for many entry level buyers in Idaho. Many agents we work with have questions when it comes to these types of properties. You’re not alone!
